A Happy 2010 to All
A Classic Margarita Recipe
A drink from the 50's, Margarita is the Mexican equivalent of the name Marjorie and is a drink made with tequila.
Wipe the rim of a Margarita glass with a lime and then twirl the rim in a plate of coarse salt for that nice salt crust.
Put 1oz. tequila, 1oz fresh squeezed lime juice and a good dollop of triple sec in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into the chilled Margarita glass and garnish with lime. Or to make life easier (and who doesn't want life to be easy?) use an ounce of tequila and add two ounces of Margarita mix and enjoy.

Classic "Sex in a Sidecar" Recipe
Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes
Add 2 oz of Cognac, 1/2 oz Cointreau, and 1 oz of Lemon Juice
Wet the rim of a martini glass and dip in sugar
Shake ingredients well and strain into the chilled martini glass
Serve with a lemon wedge garnish
